2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are legally eligible and authorized to enter into binding agreements under Canadian law.
3. Service Engagement & Payments
All projects and service engagements follow documented agreements or proposals.
- 50% advance payment is required to begin most projects.
- Remaining balance is due upon delivery, before final deployment.
- Invoices must be cleared within 7–15 business days.
- Delays in client response or content submission may extend timelines.
- Late payments may result in service interruption.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All work produced by AIM Infotech remains our property until full payment is received.
- Clients must ensure rights to any content they provide.
- Custom-built systems become client-owned after final settlement.
- Premium plugins, fonts, or third-party licenses remain under their own licenses.
5. Development, Delivery & Revisions
- Estimated timelines may vary based on project complexity.
- Once a design or module is approved, structural changes may incur additional charges.
- Bug fixes within 30 days after launch are provided free of cost.
- New features or redesign requests will be billed separately.
6. SEO, Digital Marketing & Ads
We use best practices and advanced strategies; however, due to external factors:
- No rankings or traffic guarantees can be made.
- Paid ad budgets must be paid by the client directly to ad platforms.
- Results depend on competitor activity and market conditions.
7. Cloud, Hosting & IT Support
- We provide setup on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other servers.
- We are not responsible for outages caused by external hosting providers.
- Cybersecurity services reduce risks but do not guarantee 100% protection.
- It is the client’s responsibility to maintain secure passwords.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA.
Client data is stored securely and never sold or shared unless legally required.
9. Third-Party Tools
Third-party platforms (hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, payment gateways) operate under their own terms.
We are not liable for failures or outages caused by them.
10. Limitation of Liability
- AIM Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee profits, rankings, uptime, or uninterrupted service.
- Total liability will not exceed the value of the service purchased.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Cancellations require payment for completed work.
- Refunds are only applicable when no work has been initiated.
12. Termination of Services
- Unpaid invoices beyond the grace period may result in service suspension.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for misuse or unlawful activity.
- Hosting or application access may be revoked until dues are cleared.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of
Alberta, Canada and applicable federal Canadian laws.

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised version.
